In a time of so much uncertainty, it is important to keep your customers updated. If you have had to close up shop, cancel an event, or change the way you provide your services, a quick message on your site can give some clarity to your clients. Thankfully, I have been able to continue working as usual. Since I office from home, I’ve not had a significant impact on my day to day operations other than switching all meetings to virtual ones. And although I stopped offering web design services earlier this year, I’ve recently helped a handful of clients put up some COVID-19 announcements on their sites.
