Sometimes, creativity is just a step outside. Recently, I found unexpected design inspiration right in my backyard, thanks to a grasshopper, a lizard, and a bumblebee. Their unique textures, colors, and patterns sparked ideas I couldn’t resist turning into designs.
The grasshopper’s striking chevron-striped thighs (are they even thighs?) were impossible to ignore. The lizard’s skin created instant polka dot chic vibes with its seamless blend of multi-colored, multi-sized dots. And that chubby bumblebee, with its fluffy, jagged stripes, created the perfect mix of bold and edgy.
Moral of the story: Inspiration is everywhere, even in the most ordinary places. Next time you’re feeling stuck, skip the Pinterest scroll and take a walk outside. Creativity is buzzing (and hopping, and crawling) all around you!
