As everything becomes more digital and paperless, it makes me wonder if flyers will ever go away… BUT then I realize that most of my clients use their flyers both as printed marketing material and as digital promotional pieces. So, I doubt they’ll ever entirely disappear. And that’s GREAT because I love working on them! Here’s one I recently created for the Ashton Woods Homes Tour of Homes event. Do you need help designing a flyer? If so, drop me a line!
One of my biggest fears as a graphic designer is not meeting a project deadline. In an industry where everything is due yesterday, I pride myself in working fast and efficiently. When I started working with VECCS last fall, we hit the ground running designing book covers, ads, postcards, and flyers for their two annual symposiums. Every piece needed to be ready quickly to meet the timelines that were in place. This year, we are starting early! This is the first ad we’ve put together for next year’s Spring Symposium in Kauai, Hawaii. I can’t wait to share with you all the rest of the materials we will be creating! If you need an ad design for an event or business, let’s talk!
I spend a big part of every workweek designing flyers. Incentive flyers, themed flyers, sales flyers, home inventory flyers, product flyers, event flyers, and the list goes on. So you’d think I’d get tired of working on them, but really, it is one of my favorite things to do! So here is my latest flyer design created for my clients at Ashton Woods Homes.
As a graphic designer, my days are usually packed with tons of different types of projects. This week’s agenda includes working on two websites, a couple of logos, one flyer, two ads, and a brand new business card design. I’m going to be crazy busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love being a graphic designer and helping clients realize their vision. Whether the job is a putting together a quick promotional flyer or taking on a full website redesign, I enjoy every second of it! How’s your week shaping up?
One of the best things about my job is that I can work with people from any part of the country… like my amazing clients at Life Safety who are located in San Jose, California. They were actually referred to me by another client who lives in Florida! Cool, right? Working with Life Safety has been amazing! Although we’ve never met in person, owner Jenny Rios and I have been able to collaborate on various projects. We recently put together a product flyer highlighting their training services, and we are currently working on a first aid manual. So if you need a graphic designer, but you don’t live in Texas, don’t worry! I’d still love to chat and see how I can help you!
