Once you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required before your project is scheduled. From there, we’ll follow the process outlined above (Project Kick-off). We’ll refine your project design until it’s approved. After the final balance is paid, you’ll receive an email with all the agreed-upon file formats and deliverables listed in your proposal.

I don’t like to set a strict limit on revisions because I feel that puts pressure on both of us. Generally, 3-4 rounds of revisions to refine the design are considered reasonable. If we go past that without making progress, or if the direction shifts significantly, those changes would fall outside the original scope and may require an additional fee.

Every graphic design project is different. It can range from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of deliverables, and how quickly feedback is returned.

I don’t usually release the working design files unless we agree on that before the project begins. If you need the InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop file, just let me know upfront, as it will affect the project’s scope and cost. When I do provide a design file, it only includes the final layout, not the extra files I used to create artwork or edit images. Tutorials or font files aren’t included.

You’re involved from the start, so nothing should feel like a surprise. If you don’t connect with the initial concept and choose to end the project at that stage, the deposit covers the work up to that point, but no files will be released.

Not always. To keep projects efficient and cost friendly, I may use licensed stock graphics or AI generated elements when they make sense for the design. These can include photos, vectors, icons, textures, or small enhancements that support the overall look. Everything is chosen carefully so the final piece feels cohesive and true to your brand. However, these elements can’t be extracted from the design or be reused on their own. If you prefer a fully custom approach with no stock graphics, just let me know before we start, as this may affect the timeline and project cost.

Possibly. I can update an existing design file depending on the format you have it in. Vector files are usually easier to work with, while something like a JPEG may need to be recreated before changes can be made. Once I see your design file and understand what you want to adjust, I can let you know if it’s something I can take on.

No. We can look at designs you’ve found to get a sense of what you like and use them as inspiration, but my goal is to create something tailored uniquely to your business.

No. However, if you need help coordinating a complex print job, I can assist as a paid consultant, but I won’t manage the printing itself. When you send your content, I’m happy to suggest edits to improve clarity and make sure it fits the design, using my own writing skills and AI tools when helpful. And while I don’t shoot photos, I do have access to licensed stock images and AI generated resources that can support the design when needed.
