A logo that helps you show up with confidence.

I can help create a logo suite that gives you everything you need to show up consistently in print, online, and wherever your business grows.

Logo Design Suite

My logo design services range between $1,850 and $3,000 depending on your needs and starting point. Once I learn more about your project, I can put together a tailored proposal.

Discovery Questionnaire and First Concepts

Discovery

You’ll start with a short questionnaire about your business and vision. Once it’s complete, we’ll schedule a call or meeting to go over your answers and make sure we’re aligned before any design work begins.

Initial Concepts

You’ll receive a proof with two logo concepts, each with layout, color ideas, and a few mockups. You’ll choose the direction that feels right, and we’ll refine it through reasonable revisions until you’re happy with the design.

Logo Layout Variations and Color Versions

Layout Variations

Your suite will include multiple layout options so your logo works at different sizes and in different spaces. This usually includes a vertical and horizontal version, a standalone icon, and the option for a badge or seal layout.

Color Versions

Each layout option will also come in several color versions to display clearly across a variety of backgrounds. This usually includes a full color and an inverted version, and a few one color options, like black and white.

Final Files & Reference Tools

File Formats

Your final files will include vector PDF, EPS, and SVG files, plus JPG and PNG formats in high and web resolution. I’ll also include a couple of pre-sized images you can use for social profiles and email signatures.

Reference Tools

You’ll also get a few quick reference tools so your team knows how to use your logo correctly. These usually include a Style Guide PDF, a quick Color Guide PDF, a Color Key JPG for color pickers, and a File Format Guide PDF.

Logo Suite Add-ons

Design Assets

Expand your suite with icons, graphics, or patterns that complement your logo and help support your brand.

Brand Guidelines

Upgrade your style guide to include voice, logo usage, font direction, and other branding element guidelines.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect?

Once you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required before your project is scheduled. From there, we’ll follow the process outlined above (Discovery and Initial Concepts). We’ll refine your chosen concept until it’s approved. After the final balance is paid, you’ll receive a download link with all the agreed-upon file formats and deliverables listed in your proposal.

What are reasonable rounds of revisions?

I don’t like to set a strict limit on revisions because I feel that puts pressure on both of us. Generally, 3-4 rounds of revisions to refine the design are considered reasonable. If we go past that without making progress, or if the direction shifts significantly, those changes would fall outside the original scope and may require an additional fee.

How long does everything take?

Most logo design projects take about 4 weeks to finalize, but timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of deliverables, and how quickly feedback is returned.

Do I only get one logo concept?

Yes. You’ll choose one of the initial concepts to move forward with, but that approved design will be delivered in multiple layout variations and color versions.

Do I get editable files for my logo?

Yes. You’ll receive vector files that can be modified in design programs. However, any text will be converted to vector artwork, so it won’t be editable as live text.

Will I own the font used in my logo?

No. I don’t include licensed fonts in the final files. Keep in mind that I often customize parts of the lettering, so the original font may not match the letters in your logo exactly. If you’d still like to use the base font in your marketing, I can share the link so you can purchase it independently.

Will my logo be in Pantone colors?

No. Your logo files will be saved in CMYK or RGB. I’ll include Pantone recommendations in your style guide as close reference points, but they won’t be exact matches. If you plan to share Pantone numbers with a printer, I recommend checking them in a physical Pantone book with your vendor to make sure the color looks right in person.

What if I don't like the logo design?

You’re involved from the start, so nothing should feel like a surprise. If you don’t connect with the initial concepts and choose to end the project at that stage, the deposit covers the work up to that point, but no files will be released.

Are your logos designed from scratch?

Yes. Every logo I design is created specifically for the business I’m working with. I don’t use logo templates or copy existing logos. Each concept is developed based on your goals, preferences, and the direction we discuss.

Can you update my current logo?

Possibly. I can refine, simplify, or vectorize an existing logo, but it depends on the scope of changes and the files you currently have. Once I see your logo and understand what you want to adjust, I can let you know if it’s something I can take on.

Can you create a suite for my current logo?

Yes. Even if I didn’t design your current logo, I can help expand it into a full logo suite and create any layout variations, color versions, and file formats you’re missing. We can also develop style reference tools or guidelines and other add[ons for it.

Can you copy a logo I found online?

No. We can look at existing logos to get a sense of what you’re drawn to, but my goal will always be to create an original logo design for your business.
