One-stop Shop

There’s nothing quite like having a one-stop shop for all your design needs… but I won’t lie—that’s not me. When I first started my business, I tried to offer everything and anything design related I could think of, but I discovered very quickly that I can’t do it all and do it well at the same time. So, at the end of each calendar year, I take some time to look for ways of refining my services. I think about what I love to work on, what I’ve gotten really good at doing, and I determine if there are any things I don’t want to spend my time on anymore. This helps me focus on my strengths and provide my clients with the best service that I can offer. I’ve already started planning some changes for 2020, and as soon as I have them figured out, I’ll share them here with you! What about you? How do you refocus your business services?
