Frequently Asked Questions
How long do print jobs take?
Depending on the project, a print job can take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Can I split a set quantity between two designs?
Unfortunately, no. All pieces in a set of prints have to be the same. Example: An order of 250 cards cannot be split to have 100 with one employee’s name and the 150 with another employee’s name.
Can I cancel an order?
No, once an order has been approved and sent for print, it cannot be canceled.
Can you print an item you did not design?
Yes, but if I did not design your project, you are responsible for submitting print ready files.
What are print ready files?
Print ready means that your files are prepared to be printed professionally. Usually, this means a high resolution (300 dpi) PDF in CMYK color, with .125″ bleeds all around, and with all text converted to outlines.
Can you match the color to other prints I’ve done before?
Unfortunately, no. When using digital printing, there is no guarantee that colors will match other projects or even previous reprints of the same job. Some color variations can occur.
