Last year I gave in and tried the whole sourdough bread craze. I spent months trying to get a starter going and failed repeatedly. A few weeks ago, I decided to try again, and it somehow worked! Don’t ask me how.
Seeing how easy other people make sourdough can be a little frustrating at times, because it’s been a challenge for me. I have no idea if this will turn into a hobby or if my interest will fade in a few weeks, but for now I’m enjoying the process and hoping I can make a decent loaf soon. It’s a good reminder that some things just take time, practice, and a little bit of stubbornness.
