I can download the app on my computer, phone, and tablet. It syncs all my lists so I can add, edit, and check off things anywhere and anytime.
It Integrates With Google Calendar
Tasks set with a date and time are added to my Google calendar, so I don’t have to enter events twice!
It Offers Many Organizational Options
It allows me to organize my tasks in different ways. I can set a date and time, prioritize by color, create sections and subtasks, or add multiple labels.
I Can Review Tasks In Various Ways
I can review tasks by days, weeks, or a custom timeframe. I can also view them by project, labels, or by setting custom filters.
It Has Calendar Features
I can add due dates, set recurring tasks, and get reminders on upcoming events.
It Gets Updated Frequently
They are always adding new features and tools to make the app even more practical and user friendly.
There are many more reasons to use Todoist. If you want to set goals or view your achievements, the app tracks your progress. If you are part of a team, you can delegate tasks to other members. If the interface is important to you, the app comes with different colored themes. It has so many cool features, I can’t list them all here.
