VIP Days

When you book a VIP day, you’ll get 7 hours of dedicated time, one-on-one access, and fast, intentional design work. VIP Days start at $1,000 and vary based on your project list and scope.

Prep & Plan

You’ll start with a short questionnaire about your goals for the day. We’ll review it together and set your top priorities. Then you’ll send me any needed content so your VIP Day is focused solely on design.

7 Hour VIP Day

I’ll work through your entire list in order of priority, aiming to complete as much as possible. You’ll need to be reachable throughout the day for reviews and quick decisions so we keep things moving and on track.

Deliverables

The day after your VIP Day, you’ll receive a link to download all your final design files for your projects, organized and ready for you to use in print, online, or both, depending on what we focused on that day.

When you fill out the questionnaire and we review your priorities, we’ll get a good sense of what’s realistic for a single VIP Day. If it’s clear your list will take longer, you’re welcome to book multiple VIP Days so we can work through everything with focused, dedicated time.

What can I expect?

Once you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required before your VIP Day is scheduled. From there, we’ll follow the process outlined above (Prep & Plan). We’ll review your priorities beforehand so your VIP Day is focused solely on design. The day after your VIP Day, and once the final balance is paid, you’ll receive a link to download all the agreed-upon file formats and deliverables for the projects completed.

How many hours do I get?

You’ll get 7 hours of focused design time on your VIP Day. We typically work from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm with a short lunch break. You’ll also get time before and after the day, including a 30 minute prep call about a week before, and up to an hour of final file preparation on my end the day after.

Can I book more than one VIP Day?

Absolutely. If your list or project is bigger, we can plan for multiple days. When we review your questionnaire and priorities, we’ll know if one day is realistic or if booking more than one makes sense.

What do I need to do before the VIP Day?

You’ll fill out a quick questionnaire and we’ll schedule a call to go over your list and create a game plan. Then, I’ll request any content, text, brand files, or materials I’ll need to work through your projects. Sending everything on time ensures the full VIP day is spent designing, not searching for assets.

Do I need to be available during the day?

Yes. Quick approvals and feedback help keep things moving so we can tackle as much of your list as possible. You don’t have to be glued to your computer, but you should be reachable.

What types of projects can a VIP Day cover?

Projects where we’re not starting from scratch. Think updates to existing materials, refreshing outdated flyers, brochures, business cards, or ads, adapting print pieces for digital, or tackling a backlog of smaller projects you haven’t had time to get to. The more organized and ready your assets are going in, the more we can accomplish together in a single day.

What types of projects are not a good fit for a single day?

Anything being built from the ground up like a new logo, complex projects like multi-page documents that require detailed planning, or anything that needs committee approval before moving forward. That said, while a full logo design isn’t ideal for a single day, updating an existing logo, rebuilding missing files, or creating brand tools like a quick reference sheet are all possible. If you’re unsure, just ask. We can look at your list and figure out what’s realistic.

Will everything on my list get done?

We’ll prioritize your list together. I’ll focus on the items most important to you, and then move through the rest as time allows. VIP Days are efficient, but they’re still human hours. The goal is to complete as much as possible with clear expectations around what’s realistic.

What if I need a small tweak after the VIP Day?

You’ll have one week after the VIP Day to request minor tweaks, not full redesigns. This covers small adjustments like a wording change, picture swap, typo or spacing fix, or creating an additional file format.
