This is hands down one of my favorite brochure booklets I’ve ever designed. I created it a couple of years ago for Weston Dean Custom Homes, and it’s still a standout piece thanks to its distinctive format and elevated design. It combines easy-to-follow content and infographics with their stunning home photography, making it both beautiful and effective. But it’s more than just a promotional item—it’s a step-by-step guide to help clients navigate the custom home design journey. We reprinted an updated version a couple of months ago, just in time for their Austin model home grand opening, and I’m proud to have created something that reflects the same care, quality, and style they put into their homes.
