Introducing Wren’s Nest Inn: A Feathered Retreat—a whimsical logo design inspired by the sweet wren that made herself at home in my birdhouse last Spring. As some of you know, my husband and I love our birds and do our best to create a cozy spot for them to live, nest, and lounge in our backyard. With Spring here, our little birdhouse is vacant and waiting for new tenants. So, I thought a bit of branding might help attract some interest!
I don’t often make time to design just for fun, but this project reminded me how much I enjoy it. It was a refreshing creative break, and I definitely plan to do more passion projects throughout the year.
Fun fact—the birds singing in this video are actual recordings of my own feathered friends.
