Can I bring up something a little controversial? I want to chat about boundaries. So often, they get a bad rap, and if I’m honest, I’ve struggled to set them both in my personal and professional life. It’s especially tough to establish boundaries in my work, even when I’m already burning the candle at both ends. But no one can be at their best without putting some real, solid effort into drawing a few lines. Boundaries help with overall well-being, mental health, and they allow you to thrive even more. I want to encourage you to set some boundaries too! Decide what your limits are. Be clear and assertive when you communicate them to others. Learn to say no when you want to say no.
