What does your workday look like? When I turn on my computer every morning, I’m usually greeted by a few dozen emails. Checking my inbox is the first thing I dive into, addressing emails that seem most urgent first, and marking those I have to go back to later. I go through my entire morning cup of coffee while I do this. Then I jump into my design projects. I tackle one at a time, based on deadlines and feedback from clients. Most days, I eat at my desk, but I’m getting better at stepping away for lunch to give myself a much-needed break. By the time five o’clock comes along, I’m usually wrapping up details on projects or sending out the final email replies. I may be worn out, but I can’t wait to do it all over again the next day!
