Want to start at 11 AM? Go for it! Of course, this usually means working late hours because, when it’s your own business, “quitting time” is more of a suggestion than a rule.
No Boss to Answer To:
You’re the fearless captain of your own ship! You make all the big decisions… and the small decisions… basically every decision. And when your boss is also you, complaining about management gets pretty awkward.
Unlimited Days Off:
Take as many vacation days as you want! Just remember, while you’re sipping margaritas on the beach, no one is back home running the show. So, you mostly end up working from paradise, trying not to drop your laptop in the sand!
Pets Allowed:
Your dog can be your coworker every day! Be prepared for some extra commentary during calls. There’s nothing quite like an unexpected barking fit during a conversation with a client!
