Grouped Browser Tabs

How many tabs do you keep open on your browser? If you’re like me, you might have at least 10 open at a time. If that sounds like you, I have an excellent tip to keep your browser window organized! The Chrome browser has a very cool new feature: Tab Groups. Now you can group tabs together, label them and even color-code them!

How Does It Work?

All you have to do is right-click on a tab and then select ADD TAB TO NEW GROUP. Next, you can name the group and choose its label color. Once you have at least one group set up, you can right-click on another tab and select ADD TAB TO GROUP to see the list of groups available.

I am really enjoying having my browser tabs consolidated under groups. It cleans up the visual clutter and helps me find what I’m looking for faster. So far, I’m using three groups: Work, Social Media, and Shopping. Which groups do you think you’ll create?
