“I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.” We’ve all said it, right? Last year, around this time, my “bridge” was deciding whether or not to continue offering web design. I knew the day would come when I would have too many sites to manage. What I didn’t expect was for me to no longer enjoy the work. But it happened. Although I still loved the design part of it, keeping up with programming, servers, and the constant glitches and updates took a toll on me.
By the end of 2019, I had made the decision to stop accepting website projects. This transition has allowed me to focus on more of the graphic design projects that I enjoy working on! When problems arise in life, I try to approach each metaphorical bridge with a positive attitude, no matter the situation. And more often than not, everything works out. Have you had to cross any bridges lately?
