
No two clients are exactly alike. While we group our “target audience” by the qualities they share, it’s important to remember that everyone is distinct and uniquely different. Providing a personalized customer service experience can take a bit more effort, but it can also make more of an impact. I recently created some presentation sheets for Weston Dean Custom Homes. While they were consistent with their brand design, they were also customized with their client’s dream home and design goals. Now, that’s an excellent way to make their customers feel special!
