J&S Water Wells Logo Revamp

Mar 16, 2022 | Logos

You probably already know that I design custom logos. However, as a graphic designer, I sometimes get projects where the goal is to freshen up an existing identity. J&S Water Wells is an established company whose owner I’ve worked with on different projects in the past. Monte Richardson hired me to give their current logo a visual tune-up so that it could translate better on shirts, caps, and other items. Their new logo has a retro/vintage style that Monte really likes and still keeps strong ties to the original company’s logo. This allows them to update their branding gradually across stationery and signage without losing brand recognition. In addition, we created an alternate version with a fun twist that will be used primarily for swag items. In this secondary logo, we replaced the main monogram with an armadillo illustration which represents their drilling services. Both logos maintain a firm connection to the old one, but the modifications and additions bring new life to their branding! Do you have a logo that needs a bit of polishing up? If so, let’s chat!
