
I try to nourish my body by sticking to healthy snacks. My favorite is apples. By themselves, with peanut butter if I’m craving sweet, with Trechas if I’m craving salty, or in a pie—ok, you got me, that last one is not very healthy! But my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
My favorite ways to nourish my mind are walking daily with my dogs, not looking at emails after 5 pm, and keeping my weekends work-free. Much like healthy foods nourish my body, my mind requires these three things to stay healthy. There might be cheat days when it comes to my eating habits, but I try to never cheat myself on keeping my mindset in check! I’m curious… how do you nourish your mind?
