How about a bit of sage advice? Not about gardening, though. I don’t have much of a green thumb. Instead, I’ll share some advice about growing. Every spring, I spend a few weekends picking out new flowers and herbs to plant. I become invested in helping them grow—watering by hand, trying different plant food, learning how and when to prune them… but a few never make it past summer. And yet, I still do it every year. With each season, I learn more and get better results. Isn’t being an entrepreneur like that as well? You try to grow your business by searching for the best tools, trying new techniques, or learning different methods. Some work, and some don’t. But if you are consistent and perseverant, you’ll start seeing growth. So my advice is this, as long as you keep trying, you’ll continue learning and getting better—and eventually, your business will blossom! What is helping you grow these days?
